How long does a diagnostic take?+

Most custom PC diagnostics finish in 2–3 business days. Need it faster? Add Rush service for $100 and get same-day diagnostics when you drop off before noon ($149 diagnostic + $100 rush = $249 total).

How long will repairs take?+

It depends on the issue and parts. Most repairs finish within 3–5 business days once you approve the plan. If parts need to be ordered (specialty motherboards, PSUs, water blocks, etc.), add 1–2 days for shipping. We always confirm the timeline with you before starting.

Can I approve the repair before you start?+

Yes — always. After the diagnostic, we send you a clear written plan: what's wrong, what parts are needed, and a flat-rate price for the repair. Nothing happens until you give the green light. If you decide not to move forward, you only pay the $149 diagnostic fee.

Do you offer warranties?+

Yes. All new parts we install carry the full manufacturer warranty (typically 1–3 years on SSDs, GPUs, PSUs, and motherboards). Our labor is backed by a 30-day workmanship guarantee — if the same issue comes back, we make it right at no charge.

Do you work on custom builds?+

Absolutely — custom builds are our specialty. We service builds from boutique builders (iBUYPOWER, CyberPowerPC, NZXT BLD, Origin PC, Skytech, Velocity Micro, AVADirect, Falcon Northwest, Digital Storm, CLX Gaming) as well as fully custom one-off builds — including AM5, LGA1700/1851, water-cooled rigs, and small form factor systems.
