Fee gets credited toward your repair.We don't guess. We diagnose. Our flat-rate diagnostic fee covers a complete evaluation of your device: hardware, software, storage, and anything else relevant. We find the root cause, not just the symptom. And whatever you pay for the diagnostic gets applied to your repair if you proceed.

We Text You.
Nothing starts until you say yes.At drop-off we text you your ticket number so you know we have it. Once the diagnostic is complete, we text you the findings and the price, plain language, no tech jargon. You reply yes or no. If it's not worth fixing, we'll tell you honestly. No work starts until you approve it.
Pay the Balance.
Diagnostic fee already deducted.We text you when it's done. Come by during shop hours, pay the remaining balance. Your diagnostic fee is already credited so you're only paying the difference, and walk out with a fixed machine. No surprise charges, no extra fees, no gotchas.
