My HP Pavilion desktop is running really slow. Is it worth fixing?
Almost certainly yes. HP Pavilion towers from 2018–2022 shipped with slow spinning hard drives. Swapping to an SSD is the single biggest performance upgrade we make. A 5-year-old Pavilion can feel like a new machine afterward.
My HP All-in-One won't stay on: it starts and shuts off immediately.
A widely reported issue on HP AIO models, usually caused by a failing capacitor on the power board, a thermal protection trigger, or a failing PSU. On AIOs the power supply is integrated into the unit, making replacement more involved. Same-day diagnosis.
