Can you recover data from a failed hard drive?
In many cases yes. Data recovery starts at $199. The sooner you bring it in after a failure, the better the odds. We work on a no-data, no-charge basis, if we can't recover your files, you don't pay for the attempt.
Is my data safe while it's at your shop?
Your device never leaves our Somerville location. We don't subcontract repairs or ship to third-party centers. All work is done in-house by Dave himself. If a part needs to be ordered, your machine stays with us until everything's complete.
Do you work on gaming PCs and custom desktop builds?
Yes. Custom builds, gaming rigs, workstation towers. POST failures, GPU issues, overheating, power supply problems: we've seen it all. We also build custom PCs from scratch if you're starting fresh.
