Plenty of our Rutgers-area customers carpool a drop-off with a friend, or have a labmate headed up 287 leave the machine with us. Anyone can drop off for you, and we'll call or text you directly with the diagnosis and quote. Software-only issues can often be fixed by remote support with no trip at all.

Do you work on Linux machines or dual-boots?
Yes, just tell us at drop-off what's on the disk and what must not be touched. We repair the hardware without disturbing partitions, and we'll never "helpfully" reinstall anything without asking.
How long will I be without my laptop?
Diagnosis in about 24 hours; most repairs done 24–48 hours after you approve. Parts that need ordering add a few days. We'll tell you the realistic timeline up front, deadlines included.
