Do I need an appointment?
No. Walk in during business hours: Mon–Fri 10–5, Sat 9–2. You'll check in on our kiosk, which explains how the service works before you sign.
Do you send computers out for repair?
Never. Every repair is done on my own bench in Somerville, and your computer doesn't leave the building.
