Directions from Rahway to Our Somerville Shop
Rahway's route heads south on US 1 through Woodbridge and Edison, then turns north on I-287 toward Somerville.
From Union County Performing Arts Center (the historic Rahway Theatre) on Irving Street
- From the theater, take Central Avenue and Irving Street to Elizabeth Avenue. Turn right onto Central Avenue, right onto Irving Street, then left onto Elizabeth Avenue for about a quarter mile.
- Turn right onto West Grand Avenue (County Route 514). Follow it about 0.7 mile.
- Turn right onto US 1 and US 9 South. Stay on the combined highway about 3.3 miles.
- Keep right to stay on US 1 South. Continue about 3.9 miles, then take the ramp signed I-287 North, Morristown and Mahwah.
- Follow I-287 North for about 13 miles. Along the way you pass exits 9 for River Road, 10 for Easton Avenue and 13 for Route 28 (Somerville and Bound Brook).
- Use exit 14B, signed US 22 West and Clinton. Continue on US 22 West about 1.6 miles, then take the exit ramp on the right.
- Keep right onto Grove Street and right again onto Ivanhoe Avenue. Together they are about a third of a mile.
- Head left on North Bridge Street for the final stretch. Go about 0.6 mile; our shop sits on the right at 75 N Bridge St. Turn right into the driveway marked by the blue Dave's Computers arrow sign.
A Real Office, With Our Own Parking
We work out of a commercial office building on North Bridge Street, not a spare room in someone's house. It's the large gray-shingled building with the stone front and the tall brick chimneys.
- Find the blue arrow sign. Our Dave's Computers sign sits at the curb right at the driveway entrance.
- Pull into the private lot. Follow the driveway along the left side of the building to the parking lot. Parking is free.
- Look for our windows. Our entrance is in the single-story wing facing the lot, with Dave's Computers signs in the windows.

$75. It covers checking the drive, finding out why the files are missing, and telling you what can be recovered. If you approve the recovery, the $75 is credited toward the price.
When is the $75 refunded?
When you hand us the drive directly (a bare drive, external drive, USB flash drive or SD card) and we can't recover your data, the diagnostic is refunded. If the drive has to be removed from a laptop or desktop, that removal is labor, so the diagnostic isn't refunded even if recovery isn't possible.
How long does it take?
The standard diagnostic takes 2 to 3 days. We also offer rush service, and we'll go over it with you in person at drop-off.
