Do you come to campus or do dorm room repairs?
No. We're a drop-off shop only at 75 N Bridge St, Somerville NJ. We don't do on-site, in-home, or dorm room visits anywhere. Drop it off at our shop, we fix it, you pick it up. It's about a 20-minute drive from the New Brunswick and Piscataway campuses.
How fast can you fix my laptop? I have a paper due.

Yes. Bring it in. A dead laptop can mean a lot of different things: failed battery, bad power jack, corrupted boot drive, motherboard issue. The $75 diagnostic tells you exactly what it is and what it'll cost to fix. We've revived plenty of laptops that looked totally dead.
Is there a computer repair near me that can recover my data?
Yes. We offer data recovery starting at $199 for failed or damaged drives. If you're a Rutgers student and your drive failed, whether it's from a drop, a liquid spill, or a corrupted OS, bring it in. The diagnostic will tell us how severe the damage is and what recovery options look like.
Do you work on all laptop brands?
Yes. We work on Windows laptops of all brands: Dell, HP, Lenovo, Asus, Acer, Samsung, Toshiba, and more. If it runs Windows, we work on it.
