Avoid the Fake Data Recovery Listings

Directions from Piscataway to Our Somerville Shop
Two easy ways in from Piscataway, both built around I-287 North and exit 14B. Pick the landmark closest to you.
Route A: From SHI Stadium (Busch Campus)
- Leave the stadium on Sutphen Road. Head west on Sutphen Rd, away from the stadium lots, for about 0.3 miles until it ends at River Road.
- Turn right onto River Road (County Route 622). Stay on River Rd heading north for about 3 miles, with the Raritan River off to your left.
- Get on I-287 North at exit 9. Bear slightly right onto the ramp and merge onto I-287 North.
- Stay on I-287 North for about 4 miles. You'll pass exit 10 (Easton Avenue), exit 12 (Weston Canal Road) and exit 13 (Route 28, Somerville/Bound Brook). Don't take exit 13; the next one is faster.
- Take exit 14B for US-22 West. Use the left two lanes for exit 14B toward US-202/US-206/Clinton, then merge onto Route 22 West.
- Ride Route 22 West for about 2 miles. Watch for the ramp for North Bridge Street on the right.
- Follow the ramp around to North Bridge Street. Bear right toward N Bridge St, merge onto Grove St for about 0.2 miles, turn right onto Ivanhoe Ave, then turn left back onto N Bridge St heading into Somerville.
- Drive about 0.6 miles and turn right into our driveway. Look for the blue Dave's Computers arrow sign at the curb (see the photo below). We're at No. 75, on the right.
Route B: From the Piscataway Municipal Building (455 Hoes Lane)
- Turn right onto Hoes Lane (Route 18 North). From the municipal complex, head out to Hoes Ln and turn right. Stay on it for about 0.8 miles.
- Turn left onto Centennial Avenue. Use the second lane from the left for the turn, then follow Centennial Ave for about 0.4 miles.
- Turn right onto Possumtown Road. Go about 0.3 miles, then turn left onto the ramp for I-287 North at exit 8.
- Stay on I-287 North for about 5.5 miles. You'll pass exit 9 (River Road), exit 10 (Easton Avenue), exit 12 (Weston Canal Road) and exit 13 (Route 28). Keep going past all of them.
- Take exit 14B for US-22 West. Use the left two lanes toward US-202/US-206/Clinton and merge onto Route 22 West for about 1.6 miles.
- Loop around to North Bridge Street. Bear right onto the N Bridge St ramp, merge onto Grove St, turn right on Ivanhoe Ave, then turn left onto N Bridge St.
- Continue about 0.6 miles and turn right into our driveway at the blue Dave's Computers arrow sign. We're at No. 75, on the right.
A Real Office, With Our Own Parking
We work out of a commercial office building on North Bridge Street, not a spare room in someone's house. It's the large gray-shingled building with the stone front and the tall brick chimneys.
- Find the blue arrow sign. Our Dave's Computers sign sits at the curb right at the driveway entrance.
- Pull into the private lot. Follow the driveway along the left side of the building to the parking lot. Parking is free.
- Look for our windows. Our entrance is in the single-story wing facing the lot, with Dave's Computers signs in the windows.

$75. It covers checking the drive, finding out why the files are missing, and telling you what can be recovered. If you approve the recovery, the $75 is credited toward the price.
When is the $75 refunded?
When you hand us the drive directly (a bare drive, external drive, USB flash drive or SD card) and we can't recover your data, the diagnostic is refunded. If the drive has to be removed from a laptop or desktop, that removal is labor, so the diagnostic isn't refunded even if recovery isn't possible.
How long does it take?
The standard diagnostic takes 2 to 3 days. We also offer rush service, and we'll go over it with you in person at drop-off.
