Directions from Highland Park to Our Somerville Shop
From Donaldson Park you cross the Raritan River on the Albany Street Bridge into New Brunswick, then Easton Avenue takes you to I-287.
From Donaldson Park
- Leave Donaldson Park on the park road toward South 2nd Avenue. After a couple of short turns, bear left onto South 2nd Avenue and keep right where it forks; it's about 0.6 mile.
- Turn left onto Raritan Avenue (Route 27). Head through downtown Highland Park for about 0.35 mile.
- Cross the Albany Street Bridge into New Brunswick. The road stays Route 27 for about half a mile over the Raritan River.
- Turn right onto Easton Avenue (County Routes 514 and 527). Stay on Easton Avenue about 4.8 miles to the I-287 interchange.
- Take the ramp for I-287 North (Morristown, Mahwah) at Exit 10. Merge and drive about 3.6 miles, passing Exit 12 (Weston Canal Road) and Exit 13 (Route 28).
- Exit at 14B for US 22 West toward Clinton. Keep left on the 0.6 mile ramp, then merge onto US 22 West for about 1.6 miles.
- Take the ramp on the right to Grove Street, then bear right onto Ivanhoe Avenue. Each of these is only a couple of tenths of a mile.
- Turn left onto North Bridge Street and right into our lot. Drive about 0.6 mile; our blue Dave's Computers arrow sign marks the driveway on your right.
A Real Office, With Our Own Parking
We work out of a commercial office building on North Bridge Street, not a spare room in someone's house. It's the large gray-shingled building with the stone front and the tall brick chimneys.
- Find the blue arrow sign. Our Dave's Computers sign sits at the curb right at the driveway entrance.
- Pull into the private lot. Follow the driveway along the left side of the building to the parking lot. Parking is free.
- Look for our windows. Our entrance is in the single-story wing facing the lot, with Dave's Computers signs in the windows.
